Annie Mist Thorisdottir is a CrossFit professional athlete hailing from Reykjavik Iceland. She also trains and coaches at Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is also co-owner. Annie is the only woman to have ever won twice in CrossFit Games. Her second place was both in 2010 and 2014. Annie Thorisdottir was an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion as well as a media star. The first female winner of at the CrossFit Games in 2011, and in 2012, two times. Winner of The Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017, Annie is well-known. Annie, her parents, and siblings were all born and grew up within Reykjavik Iceland. As a kid, she was a sports and fitness fanatic. The year 2009 saw Annie Thorisdottir participated in the CrossFit game in California. Annie Thorisdottir is 31 (by the year 2021). She stands 5'7 tall, and weighs around 67 kilograms. Annie started her CrossFit experience in California in the year 2009. Annie had an impressive performance at her very first games. She placed at the top of the list in 70 athletes. While she did not take home any titles, she finished with eleventh place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. The same year, under Jami's coaching she won the gold medal at the CrossFit Games. In the following year she participated again in CrossFit competitions and due to her outstanding performance she was able to win the games and became the first female to win CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie again won the CrossFit Games because of her extraordinary performance. She became the first woman athlete who has won two CrossFit Games consecutively. A silver medal was won in 2014. In 2021, she won a Bronze medal at CrossFit Games. Annie is currently a trainer and trainer for Crossfit Reykjavik, which she started in the year 2000. Annie is a rising athlete who has appeared as the spokesperson for various brands like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs, Nuun Hydration, Renaissance Periodization as well as Sidekick Yerbae.
