Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen was born in St. Louis Missouri. She is a popular American model/singer/actress, singer/songwriter and model. She's famous for her role as Jenny Humphrey as part of the CW drama Gossip Girl, and also as the lead singer of the rock group The Pretty Reckless. Momsen has had her songs used in films and TV shows like How to Be single Going far and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen, born in July 1993, has an older sister Sloane Momsen. She was a dancer at the Center of Creative Arts in St. Louis. In the age of three years old, she performed professionally in a Shake and Bake commercial on national television in 1997. Momsen went on a career hiatus for three years prior to being cast as the lead in Misconceptions, a WB TV series. Momsen also appeared in Saving Shiloh in the year 2006. She auditioned as well for the title role in Hannah Montana and was in the top three but it was given instead to Miley Cyrus.
